in my opinion, pavel pogrebnyak is the best striker.
i signed him at the start of the second season, for £12 million, he's scored 55 goals ina ll competitions and im halfway through third season.
He top scored in his debut season, and got the player of the year.

can i just say, to all those who play as a top four team, or even man city!!!!!!!!!

know nothing about football. the game could not be easier. you can have who ever you want and money is never an issue. grow up for god sake. why bother playing as them. wow i won the premeiership with man utd. what a bloody achevement..... NOT

i played as leeds got two promotions back to back and won the top title in just two years of promotion. that my dear inoccent friends is a well crafted set of goals that i accomplished with very little money.

try it. my world is a world of well thought out loans and sales. where buying a good coach is something to be excited about. why play a game that involves you choosing who beeter auguero or asharvin.

and stop putting up your teams, there so unimaginative.

In your first season sign vagner love for around 16 million,yury zhirkov for about the same and john fleck who is 17 and he goes better than fernando torres for about 2.5 million.

I bought Andre-Pierre Gignac in spurs season for £5.5m and after 3 games he has scored 3 and assisted 3. That is quite a good and cheap buy

I play with Manchester City, best team to start playing game: My frist season:

GK: Kameni, Hart, Kasper
Defenders: Dario Srna is my captain, best DR in game, especially in 2nd season, Micah Richards, Richard Dunne, Dede, Vincent Kompany

Midfielders: Yuri Zhirkov - AML, Martin Petrov, Juan Roman Riquelme - best AMC in 1st season, i bought him for 14 mil € from Boca, also Joao Moutinho - my vice captain, Wirght Phillips, Zabaleta, Johnson,

ST: Robinho - not particulary well for me, i keep him because of fans, Rodrigo Palacio always finish 1st season for me in England with 25 goals only in league, 10-15 goals extra in cups!!!! Best striker for 1st seaon, you can get him from Boca for 16 mil €.

2nd season: Lucio, Bruno Alves, Klaas Jan Huntelaar, Gareth Bale, etc....

eitherway i second the mascio call, best player on my game by 2011/2

i was leeds aswell and trust me buy mascio for around 50k at the start of your game. he is amazing in centre midfield after a season and a bit. im now long into the game hes won just about every award and scores at least 25 goals a season from centre midfield, i just cant believe noone has mentioned him yet.
