It is based on a 6 tier system based in England, starting from the World Premier League, followed by World Championship League, World Division One, World Division Two, World Conference League, World Conference North & World Conference South. I also added plenty of teams into the Isthmian Premier and Isthmian Northern / Southern Premier so relegations and promotions to and from Conf. North / South will still keep the structure of the World League intact, and the World FA Cup (formerly the FA Cup) will also contain international teams.
I changed most non-EU countries to be EU one's so there are no conflicts regarding foreign players (e.g. Brazilian, Argentinian teams etc.)

Just to advise - this is only in English (I didn't change the competition names in other languages).
Instructions
Unzip into /My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008/db and it should create a new folder there called World League. If it doesn't create one yourself and move all the files from the zip file into that folder. Then choose a new game, and select "World League" when the game asks you to choose a database!!
