Acceleration | Crucial for wingers and short, fast strikers, who will try to break the offside trap. A central defender can also benefit. For a striker, couple it with off the ball. For a defender, you just need one in your starting 11, to clean dangerous situations once the offside trap is broken. If you don't have one, consider using a sweeper. |
Agility | Agility is a must for 1st-division attacking players |
Balance | Attacking midfielders (central or wingers) and strikers will benefit from this one |
Jumping | Couple it with heading for a DC or a striker |
Pace | Pace should be coupled with agillity and flair, and, mostly, acceleration. Personally i consider acceleration much more important, as in most cases your players will have to spring for 10-15 meters at most, thus not be able to reach top speed.Have your fastest players run from deep. |
Stamina | See what faces Manchester United this year, conceding lots of goals after the 75th minute? Crucial for wingers, who get a lot of forward runs, and DMs |
Strength | Tackling, Jumping and Marking are combined with Strength for a player who can push the opponent out of the ball possession. Very important for a target man as well |
