Aggression | A controversial attribute. Indicates how enthusiastic your player will be in the match. Good for a DMC, especially, however will get a lot of cards |
Anticipation | I like it coupled with off the ball for my strikers. A defender and a DM will also benefit, as he will intercept the ball more often |
Bravery | Same with aggression. Important for a keeper, when he rushes out on the feet of an oncoming attacker. |
Creativity | He should be your playmaker. However make sure there are enough tough players supporting him. |
Decisions | The difference between a good dribbler and a leading playmaker. |
Determination | The Germans are legendary for this. A player with determination will battle till the end. |
Flair | A highly technical player, with good dribbling, shall benefit most. He will make the crowds cheer, but he might also miss the simple thing. |
Influence | Your probable captain. Usually a much-respected senior player of the club, with high determination and bravery as well. |
Off the Ball | Couple it with positioning and anticipation. It can not be emphasized enough how important this is. You won't see in in the tv monitor, you have to be among the spectators to get what he really is worth, but just hear a coach talking and you will really understand that it is off the ball movement that makes up space for the man with the ball. |
Positioning | Play offside trap, if your defenders score high in this and are backed by a fast keeper. |
Teamwork | Make sure your high-flair and dribbling AMC will pass the ball when the time is right... |
Work Rate | Especially if your tactics include lots of pressing and running… |
