Teams: 14
Matches: 26. From April-November.  
Match rules: Max 2 non-EU players. 7 subs, maximum 3 used.
Play in Europe: 1st place: Champions League. 2nd-4th place: EURO Cup. The four best teams after a season gets qualified for the Royal League (the teams recieve £ 85,000 each for participating).
Relegation: The 2 lowest teams goes straight down, the team ending at 12th will play 2 matches against the team ending at 3rd in First Division, to settle which team that will be in the Premier Division next season.
PRIZE MONEY FOR WINNING THE DIVISION: About £ 2,500,000 I think
