Team: Barcelona
Stadium: Nou Camp                       /Stadium Capacity: 98,000
Balance: £50 million
Transfer Budget: £23 million
Manager of the Club: Frank Rikjaard
Competition(s) / League(s)
Spanish Primera
Uefa Champions League

When you start as Barcelona manager the board of directors would like the club to win the Spanish league. Anything else, which is won, is a big bonus and this will just get you more bonus points with the board and also with the fans of Barcelona. Barcelona has a very good team and they are capable of winning the Spanish league title aswell as the Uefa Champions league. With the team containing people like the skilful magician Ronaldhino and the ever-pacey Samuel Eto’o this is definitely a club where trophies can be won.

Barcelona also has a very good youth system with some very good young players just waiting to get out into the big time. With a stadium like the Nou camp there should be no shortage of income as the fans will come to most matches if you keep the tradition at Barcelona and keep in with the Uefa champions league and also win the cups and also the league title in Spain.

Some Positions to improve at Barcelona would be:

Goalkeeper
Defender right
Defender Central
Defensive Midfielder Central
Attacking Midfielder Central
Forward

Players to sell

Edmilson
Tiago Motta
Santiago Ezquerro
Maxi Lopez
Albert Jorquera

With the money that you already have to spend on players added to the money, which you get from selling the players above. There should be enough to buy some decent players for the club. I recommend trying to buy:

Gustavo Cabral:  £2 million
Simon Vukcevic: £5 million
Sergey Kisily: £500,000 2.5 million
Francisco Ochoa: £2 5 million
Christian Poulsen: £4 million
Mista: £9 million

Formations to use

At Barcelona due to the amazing team potential I would recommend that you use these formations and run them as an attacking formation as Barcelona’s players are very pacey and they also have very good stats and the youngsters at the club have very good potential. The formations to use are:

4,2,3,1
4,1,2,1,2

if you follow the guide and do all of the above you will make a side which will be capable of winning the Spanish league and the Uefa Champions league year after year. If you use the 4,3,2,1 formation at home and then the 4,1,2,1,2 formation for away games. You could also scan the staff market for some new coaches and scouts.
