You bought Aimar for big cash, and you are sure he will organise your team's game. Then, on the second match, he is injured and is out for 6 months. Can you avoid it?
In the game there is a hidden attribute called injury proneness. This describes how likely is a player to suffer injury. Here is a list of players with high potential (>150) and reputation (>150) with an injury proneness over 15/20.
