Let's take a look at my favourite team. A 4-4-2 is just fine, as you can use the very good strikers(Konstantinou and Olisadebe) and the good Aml (Kolka). Be careful though. Kolka is easily tired!

I always get Ambrossini as a DMC when he gets unhappy around the end of August in Milan and he becomes cheap.

You will also have to spend money on getting some cheap Midfielders for substitutes
