One of the innovations of CM4 and CM0304 was that the players who are under the age of 17 can not be given a professional contract. This means that those players are not bound to their club, and can be signed by any club as long as this club pays a compensation to the original club.

Youth players are the best and cheapest way to fill your squad whenever you have no money for expensive buys. Some of them are simply must haves. Here we present of players U17 or who have just turned 17 and you will be interested in signing. For those who have just become 17, hurry, or their club will offer them a professional contract and you will have to pay much more to obtain their services!!
